Nah dude. Dont spray the biltong with any moisture, same as making biltong on the beach.....too much moisture. I think the meat will go mouldy. If it has'nt gone vrot yet then you will have to accept it the way it is. I would if it is not totally dry yet, rub a bit of fine salt on the meat and place it in the deepfreeze for a week.
